- All items ship from our warehouse in California.
- Once your order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking link.
- We currently ship by USPS and offer free shipping on orders exceeding $250 before taxes.
- All orders placed on Monday-Friday by 12 pm PST will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during holidays, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and weekends may take an extra 1-2 business days for order processing.
- Delivery times will vary based on your delivery address. Most packages will arrive within 3-7 business days.
- IFGfit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- IFGfit will happily accept returns initiated up to 10 business days from the delivery date.
- All merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn with the original tags attached.
- Merchandise will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
- IFGfit is not responsible for any lost returns.
- Visit our Returns Center at https://returns.ifgfit.com and enter your order number and shipping address ZIP code
- You will receive instructions for the return process via email.
- Drop off your return to the post office or a USPS box.
- Hang tight while your return makes its way to the warehouse. Once your return is processed, your refund will go back to its original method of payment, minus the cost of the shipping label.
We will refund the amount paid for the merchandise, as well as any taxes that were charged (excluding any applicable shipping charges) back to the original method of payment.
Once your refund has reached our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
